Service Policy

We understand that plans change! That’s why your first cancellation within 24 hours of booking is complimentary. After that, a $25 minimum charge will apply. This helps us keep our schedule running smoothly and accommodates our clients.

We Get It—"Some Pets Just Have Their Own Plans"! If we’re unable to complete the service due to a wiggly, feisty, or just-not-having-it pet, a $25 minimum charge will apply to cover the reserved time. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

We Get It! Some pets just have their own plans! A $25 minimum charge will apply if we are unable to complete the service when your pet is:

• Too wiggly, feisty, or "Just not having it!".
• Too sensitive for grooming because she is "in heat".

In case of severe weather conditions, appointments may be rescheduled. Safety is our priority. We apologize for any inconvenience.

All service packages (e.g. Nail Trim 4Pawk) must be used within 12 months of the purchase date, after this period any unused services will no longer be valid or redeemable.

All payments are due at the time of service via debit or credit card, or e-transfer. Applicable taxes will be added to the final bill. We do not accept cheques.
