Cancellation
We understand that plans change! That’s why your first cancellation within 24 hours of booking is complimentary. After that, a $25 minimum charge will apply. This helps us keep our schedule running smoothly and accommodates our clients.
Difficult-to-Service Pets
We Get It—"Some Pets Just Have Their Own Plans"! If we’re unable to complete the service due to a wiggly, feisty, or just-not-having-it pet, a $25 minimum charge will apply to cover the reserved time. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Pet health
To ensure the safety and comfort of all pets in our care, we ask that:
- Pets are in good health for grooming services.
- If your pet is feeling unwell or has recent injuries, parasites, or infections, please let us know so we can reschedule the appointment.
Service restrictions for female pets in heat
We understand that female pets in heat may feel more agitated and sensitive during this hormonal change, making grooming difficult. Please let us know in advance so we can reschedule to keep them comfortable. If we’re unable to complete the service, a $25 minimum charge will apply.
Weather
In case of severe weather conditions, appointments may be rescheduled. Safety is our priority. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Service Packages
All service packages (e.g. Nail Trim 4-Pack) must be used within 12 months of the purchase date, after this period any unused services will no longer be valid or redeemable.
Payment
All payments are due at the time of service via debit or credit card, or e-transfer. Applicable taxes will be added to the final bill. We do not accept cheques.
